Our Crisis Line provides Mobile Crisis Behavioral Health Services to persons living in the Northwest Louisiana Human Services District. Services consist of telephone triage and assessment, face-to-face screening, in-home intervention, and linkages to community referral sources.

Behavioral Health Services
Northwest Louisiana Human Services District Behavioral Health Services provides community behavioral health services to help individuals and families reach their greatest potential. Accordingly, services provided include a comprehensive array of mental health, addiction and co-occurring services.
Ultimately, priority admission and preference to treatment given in the following order:
- Pregnant injecting drug users
- Other pregnant substance abusers,
- Injecting drug users
- All other individuals
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most other insurances.
We accept all patients regardless of their ability to pay. There is a sliding fee schedule available based on income and family size.
We see all patients regardless of their race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation or gender identity.
